I’m Jaime Devey Barnhart, the founder of JB Meetings, Events & Consulting, LLC, a firm built on more than two decades of experience leading association and corporate events, trade shows, and member‑focused programs. My career has been shaped by a deep commitment to creating meaningful experiences—whether that’s a high‑impact annual conference, a seamless trade show, or a milestone life celebration.
I’ve spent over 20 years guiding organizations through the full event lifecycle: strategic planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, program development, and on‑site execution. My background in association management gives me a unique perspective on member engagement, stakeholder expectations, and the operational realities that drive successful events. I understand how to balance creativity with structure, and vision with practicality.
